PG Department of Commerce and Business Management Arya College, Ludhiana organized a College Development Council, Panjab University sponsored One Day National seminar on “Brain Drain to Muscle Drain-A Real Dent to Economy of State” .The seminar started with a floral welcome by honorable Principal Dr.Sukhsham Ahluwalia followed by the lamp lighting ceremony.Dr. Ajay Sharma, Principal of GGDSD College Chandigarh delivered the keynote address and deliberated on the theme of the seminar. This was followed by the two rounds of technical sessions . Round one of the technical session was chaired by Dr. Vishal Kumar, Principal of Aurobindo college who gave a very detailed analysis of the papers presented, and the second session was chaired by Dr Karan Kant Uppal, Assistant Professor KLSD College Ludhiana. Participants from different universities and colleges of North India took part in the seminar.The day was solmenised with The veledictory ceremony honoring all the delegates of the seminar.Dr SM Sharma secretary of ACMC delivered the velidictory address and DrSukhsham Ahluwalia Principal Arya college thanked all the deligates,acadmecians and scholars. Ms. Pooja Gaur extended a formal vote of thanks to all present .In the end the seminar convener Dr Rama Bansal and Organising secretary Dr Sonia Sharma expressed gratitude to all the experts for the grand success of the seminar
