English Department of Arya college Organised an Interclass Calligraphy competition . More than 30 students of B.A.,B.com.,B.C.A.,B.Sc.,B.B.A.and M.A. participated in it.The topic was Ek Bharat Sreshtha Bharat. Ms Satisha Sharma, secretary ACMC praised the efforts of teachers for promoting good handwriting among the students. Principal of Arya College Dr Suksham Ahluwalia said that students should make efforts to write better in English as students are becoming tech-savy and forgetting to write on paper. .Ms Aman Preet adjudged the students. Himani Juli of BCA l received First Prize, Nishant of BSc ll received Second Prize & Agam Sharma of B Com l got Third Prize. Participation certificates were given to all.
The Convener of the programme Dr. Seema Arora from Department of English motivated the students to participate in all the activities and polish their talent. Sukhdeep Kaur and Ms Rajbeer Kaur from the Department were also present.
