Ek Bharat Sreshtha Bharat Club with collaboration of NSS and NCC Units of Arya
College organized a seminar on ‘ Our National Flag: Symbol of Unity and Greatness
of India’ under the series of programmes organised under 75th Amrit Mahotsav of
Independence of India. The day was commemorated by flag hoisting and a seminar
on the topic. Under this campaign, the students hoisted flags with their family
members on their roofs and sent their selfie photos in which the Best Selfie Prize
was given to Bhagya Chopra of BA ll . On this occasion a pledge was also taken to
uphold the unity and integrity of the nation and respect the national flag of India.
Secretary ACMC Smt. Satisha Sharma said that the efforts of the teachers, as well as
students on 75th Independence anniversary, are worth appreciation. Principal
Dr.Suksham Ahluwalia said that she was very happy to see students taking part in
the programme quite enthusiastically. She also inspired the students to take pride in
their nation and contribute to the success story of it. On this occasion, Mr. Lalit
Khullar, Nodal Officer of Ek Bharat Sreshtha Bharat Club, Dr. Tajinder Bhatia, Dr.
Mandeep Singh, Ms.Sukhdeep Kaur, Mr. Rohit Sharma(Incharge NCC Unit) and Dr.
Raman Sharma( Programme Officer of NSS Unit )were also present.
