P.G. Department of Commerce and P. G. Department of Computer Science of Arya college celebrated the festive spirit of Diwali with a spectacular Diwali Mela on its campus. The event brought together students and faculty to revel in the joy and splendor of the festival of lights. Various competitions like traditional Diya-making, Mehndi, Best out of waste, Rangoli and cooking without fire were organised. Students of Eco Warriors team presented a Nukkad Natak to aware the society about protection of environment through green and safe Diwali.
Dr. Suksham Ahluwalia, Principal said that this Diwali Mela is a celebration of unity, diversity, and
community spirit. Dr. S.M. Sharma, Secretary ACMC, appreciated the efforts of both the departments for organising this event and wished Happy and safe Diwali to all.
आर्य कॉलेज ने मनाया दिवाली मेला
आर्य कॉलेज के पी.जी. वाणिज्य विभाग और पी.जी. कंप्यूटर साइंस विभाग ने अपने परिसर में दिवाली के त्यौहार का जश्न मनाया। इस कार्यक्रम में छात्र-छात्राओं और शिक्षकों ने मिलकर रोशनी के त्यौहार की खुशियों और उल्लास का आनंद लिया। पारंपरिक दीया बनाने, मेहंदी, बेस्ट आउट ऑफ वेस्ट, रंगोली और बिना आग के खाना बनाने जैसी कई प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की गईं। इको वारियर्स टीम के छात्रों ने नुक्कड़ नाटक प्रस्तुत कर समाज को हरित और सुरक्षित दिवाली के माध्यम से पर्यावरण संरक्षण के बारे में जागरूक किया।
प्राचार्य डॉ. सूक्ष्म अहलूवालिया ने कहा कि यह दिवाली मेला एकता, विविधता और सामुदायिक भावना का उत्सव है। एसीएमसी के सचिव डॉ. एस.एम. शर्मा ने इस कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के लिए दोनों विभागों के प्रयासों की सराहना की और सभी को सुरक्षित दिवाली की शुभकामनाएं दीं।
