The college is committed to check harassment, intimidation or exploitation of women at workplace. So in compliance with Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition & Redressed) act 2013, ICC has been constituted. It deals with cases of sexual harassment in a time bound manner providing every support to the victims. it makes all out efforts for reconciliation and in case it fails, a fair chance is given to both the parties involved to present their case. It also recommends appropriate punitive or redressal action against the guilty.
