An extension lecture on the topic ‘Women Leadership and Entrepreneurial Success’ was organised under the joint aegis of 4 Punjab Air Squadron NCC and NSS Unit of Arya College Ludhiana. Ms. Mehak Sharma, Founder of TSV India was invited as the keynote speaker in this programme. Prof. Kumud Chawla, Acting Principal of the college, while welcoming the keynote speaker said that organising such programmes is an important step towards change in society and women empowerment and we feel proud that our college is continuously organising inspirational lectures on such important topics. This lecture is a big step towards women empowerment.”Keynote speaker Ms. Mehak Sharma in her speech shared her own experiences and success stories and inspired all present and encouraged them to step into the field of entrepreneurship. This programme became a source of enthusiasm and inspiration among the staff and students of the college.

आर्य कॉलेज लुधियाना की एनएसएस व 4 पंजाब एयर स्क्वाड्रन एनसीसी युनिट के संयुक्त तत्त्वाधान में ‘महिला नेतृत्व और उद्यमशीलता सफलता’ विषय पर विस्तार व्याख्यान आयोजित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्या वक्ता के रूप में टीएसवी इंडिया की संस्थापक सुश्री महक शर्मा को आमंत्रित किया गया ।कालेज की कार्यवाहक प्राचार्या प्रो. कुमुद चावला ने मुख्या वक्ता का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन समाज में बदलाव और महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है और हम गर्व महसूस करते हैं कि हमारा कॉलेज निरन्तर इस प्रकार के महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर प्रेरणादायक वक्तव्यों का आयोजन कर रहा है। यह व्याख्यान महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए एक बड़ा कदम है।”मुख्या वक्ता सुश्री महक शर्मा ने अपने वक्तव्य में स्वयं के अनुभवों और सफलता की कहानियों को साझा करते हुए उपस्थित सभी को प्रेरित किया और उन्हें उद्यमिता के क्षेत्र में कदम रखने के लिए उत्साहित किया। यह कार्यक्रम कॉलेज के स्टाफ व छात्रों के मध्य उत्साह और प्रेरणा का स्रोत बना।
