NSS wing of Arya College, Ludhiana organised a lecture on road safety rules under the joint leadership of the N.S.S. unit and Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat about Road Safety . Ludhiana Traffic Police officer S. Jasveer Singh (Head Constable) was present as the main speaker on this occasion. Through PPT he made the students aware about the road safety rules. He said in his lecture that every person has a moral responsibility to follow the traffic rules while driving so as to reduce the ever increasing number of road accidents.ACMC secretary Dr S.M.Sharma praised the efforts of N.S.S.wing.
Principal Dr. Suksham Ahluwalia said that it is very important for everyone to know the basic rules of road traffic, especially the youth, who often become victims of road accidents due to their reckless behaviour. On this occasion, NSS programme officers of the college, Dr. Raman Kumar Sharma and Dr. Ashish Kumar also administered an oath to the students to follow the road safety rules ethically.
